About Papkot

In 2020, Manuel Milliery created the company Papkot to commercialize the fruit of his accelerated discovery software.
Papkot has developed the first at-scale coating technology to provide paper with the same properties as plastic, converting silicon, the most abundant material on Earth, and cellulose, the most abundant biopolymer, into a nanostructured material to remove plastic from single-use packaging.

The goal is to make single-use plastic packaging obsolete in the future.
